山西省质监局共对15个批次的啤酒产品进行了监督抽查,合格13个批次,抽查合格率为86.67%。本次抽查不合格的啤酒2个批次,不合格项目主要是浊度和标签。浊度不合格的原因是在啤酒的生产过程中没有滤去酒中的全部固形物或在贮存运输中温度不合适致使啤酒浊度偏高;标签不合格的原因是有的生产企业对标识标注重视不够,有的为了蒙骗消费者,产品名称为全麦啤酒,而配料中配有大米。
Shanxi Quality Supervision Bureau conducted a total of 15 batches of beer product supervision and spot checks, qualified 13 batches, sampling pass rate of 86.67%. The spot checks failed 2 batches of beer, unqualified items are mainly turbidity and labels. Turbidity unqualified reason is not in the beer production process to filter out all the solids in the wine or in the storage and transportation of inappropriate temperature resulting in high beer turbidity; label unqualified reason is that some manufacturers on the logo label Not enough emphasis, some to deceive consumers, the product name is whole wheat beer, and ingredients with rice.
