简要介绍了海底光缆(海缆)故障的主要原因及φ-OTDR检测技术的工作原理与定位原理。提出了基于φ-OTDR技术的海缆扰动监测系统,其利用已有的海缆加载分布式传感器技术,即将海缆中已有的光纤作为传感单元,实时监测海缆上的扰动情况。对基于φ-OTDR技术的海缆扰动监测系统进行了相关试验验证,试验结果表明该系统可对船只落锚振动和挂缆拖拽所引起的海缆扰动进行预警和定位,使海缆免遭破坏。该系统对维护和保障海缆通信系统的安全有极其重要的战略意义。
The main reason of submarine cable (submarine cable) fault and the working principle and positioning principle of φ-OTDR detection technology are briefly introduced. In this paper, a φ-OTDR-based submarine cable disturbance monitoring system is proposed, which utilizes the existing submarine cable loading distributed sensor technology to detect the disturbance on the submarine cable by using the existing optical fiber in the submarine cable as the sensing unit. The related tests on the φ-OTDR-based submarine cable disturbance monitoring system are carried out. The experimental results show that this system can early warning and locate the submarine cable disturbance caused by the falling vibration of the vessel and the dragging of the cable, damage. This system is extremely important strategic significance to safeguard and safeguard the safety of the submarine communication system.
