民主德国的运动员、教练员和科研工作者对短长攒步推铅球技术(即滑步距离较短而滑步后的推球步距离较长。见图1)不断地进行改善和提高,多次创造了世界纪录,成为世界推铅球技术流派之一。但短长滑步推铅球技术问世以来曾经产生一些争论:有的人认为是靠力量的愚笨的技术;有人认为此种技术仅适用于优秀运动员而不适用于低水平运动员,更不适用于初学铅球技术的中学生。果真是这样吗?通过多年的教学实践,我的回答是:短长滑步推铅球技术不仅适用于优秀运动员,更适用于初学者,当然包括中学生。在理论上:短长滑步技术比“传统式”滑步技术(即我国教科书规定的和我国绝大多数运动员采用的滑步技术。见图2)更易于取得正确的投掷前的预备姿

However, there have been some controversies since the advent of short-slipping shot put technology: Some people think that it is stupid technology based on strength; Some people think that this technology is only suitable for elite athletes but not for low-level athletes, but not for beginners Shot put technology for high school students. If so, after years of teaching practice, my answer is: The short-slipping slide-shooting technique applies not only to elite athletes, but also to beginners, including of course secondary school students. In theory, the short slide technology is easier to obtain the correct pre-throw attitude than the “traditional” slide technique (that is, the slide technology specified in our textbooks and used by most athletes in our country (see Figure 2)
