随着社会的发展车辆保有量迅速增长,交通事故频发给国家和个人造成了巨大损失。分析造成交通事故的原因,主要责任者是机动车驾驶员,加强驾驶员的安全教育、沟通交流以及强化安全管理,增强驾驶员对交通安全重要性的认识,促进驾驶员在行车中严格遵守道路交通法规,自觉规范岗位操作行为,认真进行安全风险辨识,谨慎驾驶、杜绝违章,实现从“要我安全”向“我要安全”的转变。
