目的研究银杏达莫对梗阻性肾病大鼠肾间质纤维化的作用及作用机制。方法通过单侧输尿管结扎,建立梗阻性肾病大鼠肾间质纤维化模型,将其随机分成对照组和银杏达莫干预组。用免疫组化半定量分析的方法分别检测术后2周、3周、4周各组大鼠TGF-β1表达的水平。结果随梗阻时间的延长,银杏达莫干预组大鼠TGF-β1表达的水平较对照组明显降低。结论银杏达莫能延缓肾间质纤维化的进展,其机制之一是抑制TGF-β1的表达。
Objective To study the effect and mechanism of ginkgoldamo on renal interstitial fibrosis in rats with obstructive nephropathy. Methods A rat model of renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis with obstructive nephropathy was established by unilateral ureteral ligation and then randomly divided into control group and ginkgo-dipyridamole intervention group. The expression of TGF-β1 in each group was detected by semi-quantitative immunohistochemistry at 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after operation. Results With the prolongation of the obstruction time, the expression of TGF-β1 in the Ginkgo biloba intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba can delay the progress of renal interstitial fibrosis, one of the mechanisms is to inhibit the expression of TGF-β1.
