Objective To explore the quality of life of enameled wire workers and its influencing factors, and to provide a scientific basis for making interventions to improve their quality of life. Methods A cluster sampling method was used to select a group of enameled wire workers as the research object. The WHOQOL-BREF Chinese version was used to conduct questionnaire survey, and the status quo of quality of life was determined and evaluated. Results The average subjective quality of life of enameled workers was 3.01. The subjective general health status was 3.25 points on average, 14.47 ± 2.15 points in the physiological field, 13.94 ± 2.51 points in the psychological field and 14.27 ± 2.72 in the social relations field ) Points, the environmental field was (11.70 ± 2.65) points, physiological and environmental field scores lower than the norm, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Univariate analysis showed that the factors affecting the scores of workers in the field of physicochemical properties were occupational injuries, job titles, types of work and workshop, per capita income in the field of environment, housing area per person, total length of service, workshop and job title. Multivariate regression analysis shows that the factors affecting the scores of workers in the field of physicochemical properties are loss of appetite and occupational injuries, and there is a role and family friction in the field of environment. Conclusion The quality of life of enameled wire workers is lower than that of the general population. Corresponding measures should be taken to improve their quality of life.
