患者32岁,以不规则阴道流血半年,下腹痛半月之主诉于1985年7月18日急诊入院。半年来月经无周期性,干净3～5天后,又出现淋漓不断流血。半月前当地就诊,印象为“不全流产”,行刮宫取环术,宫腔9cm,刮出内膜样物。术中患者感下腹痛,出冷汗。术后6小时下腹痛加剧,伴里急后重,血红蛋白由12g降至8g,又继续降至6g,但血压
