夏季最適於蚊蠅孳生,傷寒、痢疾、霍亂以及流行‘乙型’腦炎等腸道和蚊媒傳染病容易發生和流行;且我省部分地區去年遭受嚴重水災,環境衛生狀况尚未完全改善。為了貫徹‘預防為主’的方針,保蹬人民群众身體健康,保障生產建設,開展夏季衛生工作就有重要意义。為此,特通知如下: 一、在端午节以前,各地应結合民間良好的卫生習慣,組織一次群众性的清潔大掃除,着重以消滅蚊蠅孳生塲所、整理水源衛生為主,改進環境衛生。事前要通過各種組織,曆層動員,認真發動群众。在開展這一工作後應注意改善組織制度,鞏固成果。
