为深刻吸取省内外事故教训,有效防范和坚决遏制类似事故的发生,湖南省2016年第5号安全生产事故警示对前三年5月份全国典型重特大事故及省内典型事故情况进行了分析,并针对当前安全生产的特点向全省发出警示。第5号安全生产事故警示中点到了省内2起典型事故:2015年新邵县七四煤业有限责任公司“5·30”事故、2014年慈利县邓家凸白矾石矿“5·19”事故。近日,本刊记者前往“5·19”事故发生地慈利县进行采访,一探其在事故发生后是如何吸取血的教训,加强安全生产工作的。
