文章认为,受国际金融危机的影响,宏观经济环境趋紧,加上劳动力成本、原材料价格上涨等因素影响,厦门侨资企业的发展势头有所减缓。在这一背景下,急需从出台相关优惠政策,给企业减负;开辟侨企热线,做好后续服务;完善配套服务,营造良好的外部环境;优化人力资源环境,引进并留住各类人才;设立新侨回国创新创业示范基地;加大招商力度,完善产业链等方面着手,促进厦门侨资企业更快更好发展。
The article believes that by the international financial crisis, the macroeconomic environment tightened, coupled with labor costs, raw material prices and other factors, the development momentum of overseas Chinese-funded enterprises in Xiamen has slowed.
