自行设计了金属带式无级变速器的电液控制系统,并在变速器试验台上进行了试验研究,同时对试验结果进行了分析。试验结果表明,在变速过程中采用调节脉宽调制电磁阀的占空比来控制湿式多片离合器的结合过程、工作过程和分离过程是可行的,所设计的控制系统和所采用的控制方法能够保证速比控制和夹紧力控制满足实际要求,为进一步在汽车上进行无级变速器试验奠定了基础。
The electro-hydraulic control system of the metal belt CVT was designed by ourselves. The experimental research was carried out on the transmission test rig, and the test results were analyzed. The test results show that it is feasible to control the combination process of the wet multi-plate clutch by adjusting the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation solenoid valve during the shift process. The working process and the separation process are feasible. The designed control system and the control method adopted can Assurance speed ratio control and clamping force control to meet the actual requirements, in order to further test the CVT in the car laid the foundation.
