食用发芽马铃薯中毒,在我国北方农村时有发生,以冬春季较为多见.常一户或数户集体误食发病。临床症状轻重不一.幼儿误食后症状多不典型,易造成误诊漏诊,故须认真询问病史.及早明确诊断.积极抢救治疗。自1988年以来.我院收治3例食用发芽马铃薯中毒的患儿因病情相似.现报告1例如下。患儿男,3岁.因“呕吐腹泻半天”入院。病前无发热.否认肝炎病接触史.居住山区农村,食用炒了的绿色发芽的马铃薯2小时后出现频繁呕吐和腹泻,无尿,其父母同食后也先后出现了上述症状.其母因病情较重亦住我院内科治疗。查体:患儿体温38°C,脉搏140次/分.呼吸45次/分。血压9.3kPa(70/ 45毫米汞柱).神志清楚.急性病
