例一,女性,27岁,病案号819。因不规则发热、畏寒、盗汗、乏力、食减一月余经当地医院拟诊伤寒,治之无效胸透发现左上肺结核,于1983年1月22日转本院治疗。入院时体检:体温37.7℃,脉率112次,血压90/60。左上肺呼吸音稍低,肝脾(一)。化验:红血球380万,白血球5500,中性65％,淋巴35％。肥达氏反应(一),肝功正常。痰直接涂片抗酸杆菌阳性。X线片显示左上浸润型肺结核浸润进展期。
Example 1, female, 27 years old, medical record number 819. Due to irregular fever, chills, night sweats, fatigue, diet minus one month after the proposed intention of the local hospital typhoid fever, treatment of chest X-ray found in the upper left pulmonary tuberculosis, in January 22, 1983 transfer to hospital. Physical examination on admission: body temperature 37.7 ℃, pulse rate 112 times, blood pressure 90/60. Left lung breath sounds slightly lower, liver and spleen (a). Laboratory: 3.8 million red blood cells, white blood cells 5500, 65% neutral, lymphatic 35%. Widal response (a), normal liver function. Sputum smear positive acid-fast bacilli. X-ray showed infiltration of upper left invasive pulmonary tuberculosis progression.
