随着我国改革开放的不断推进及市场经济的大力发展,私人侦探悄然出现。但目前我国法律对私人侦探的规定尚不完善,在现实中引发了不少问题,使得这一游离于法律边缘的新兴行业引起了人们的广泛关注。故应从私人侦探的自身沿革与发展等方面进行阐述,进而来分析它存在的必然性以及它所存在的一些现实问题,使人们能够正确认识私人侦探这一新兴行业。针对现实存在的问题与社会需求,应尽快客观、全面、科学、合理地对私人侦探进行规制,使其走上健康、稳定之路,为构建和谐社会尽绵薄之力。
With the continuous promotion of China’s reform and opening up and the vigorous development of the market economy, private detectives quietly appear. However, at present, the provisions of our country’s law on private detectives are not yet perfect, which has caused many problems in reality, making this emerging industry, which is free from the edge of law, aroused widespread concern. Therefore, it should be explained from the evolution and development of the private detective, and then to analyze its inevitability and some realistic problems that exist, so that people can correctly understand the private detective in this emerging industry. In view of the existing problems and social needs, the private detective should be regulated objectively, comprehensively, scientifically and reasonably as soon as possible so that it can embark on a healthy and stable path and make every effort to build a harmonious society.
