为对工业产品质量状况进行综合评价 ,提出了一种以模糊数学为基础的非离散抽样理论。解决这类问题的办法是用样本所有个体的合成指标值来推断总体中相应指标值的等级隶属度。定量计算公式可以通过离散与非离散模型之间的变量映射 ,由离散模型导出。另外 ,借助于间接估计指标分子和分母置信区间的办法 ,克服了估计指标置信区间的困难。该模型已经用于抽样研究全国千家重点企业的质量状况并有助于未来的管理改革
In order to comprehensively evaluate the quality of industrial products, a non-discrete sampling theory based on fuzzy mathematics is proposed. The solution to this kind of problem is to use the composite index values of all the individuals in the sample to infer the rank membership of the corresponding indicator values in the population. The quantitative calculation formula can be derived from the discrete model by mapping the variables between discrete and non-discrete models. In addition, the difficulty of estimating the confidence interval of the index is overcome by means of indirectly estimating the index numerator and the denominator confidence interval. The model has been used to sample the quality of key national enterprises in the country and to facilitate future management reform
