临床上,当心电图P波很不清楚或心房电活动微弱的时候,进行心电图分析往往较为困难.我们采用张淑玉等介绍的加作胸肢导联方法观察6例此类病人,对解决上述难题颇有助益,报告如下.1对象与方法对在描记常规心电图时发现P波识别不清(2例)及疑为房颤而f波不清(4例)的6例门诊患者加作胸肢导联.胸肢导联的描记方法:用普通心电图机,常规肢体导联的右上肢及右下肢电极的位置不变,将左上肢及左下肢的板状电极换为吸球式电极,并分别置于胸部V_1、V_2的位置,按动心电图机Ⅰ、Ⅱ导联键钮,即描记出胸肢导联心电图.6例的P波或f波均清楚地得到显示,从而明确了诊断(见图1、2).
