笔者在阐述国际法在许多法律中的地位、作用的基础上,分析了当前我国企业社会责任的现状和问题,并提出了企业增强社会责任感的建议。
On the basis of expounding the status and function of international law in many laws, the author analyzes the current situation and problems of corporate social responsibility in our country and puts forward some suggestions for enterprises to enhance their sense of social responsibility.
