我公司和清华大学建工系、市设计院研究室、地震大队、市施工研究所及有关建材制作部门共同承担了3600米~2框架挂板试验楼工程的设计、施工和科研任务。在设计中,我们利用楼梯间井筒作为主要抗侧力的构件,而将长期来袭用的梁板柱框架体系改成较简单的板柱体系,这样的处理具有构件少,自重轻,施工方便等优点。现仅就我们对井筒作为主要抗侧力构件的点滴认识介绍于后。
Our company and Tsinghua University Department of Construction, City Design Institute Research Office, Earthquake Brigade, City Construction Research Institute and related building materials production departments jointly assumed the design, construction, and scientific research tasks of the 3600m~2 frame plywood test floor project. In the design, we used the stairwell wellbore as the main anti-lateral force component, and changed the long-lasting beam-pillar-column frame system into a simpler plate-column system. This treatment has the advantages of fewer components, light weight, and easy construction. Now we only introduce our understanding of the wellbore as a main anti-lateral force component.
