传统的“一支粉笔,一本书,一讲到底”满堂灌的“填鸭式”教学方法将学生作为知识的容器,没有将学生置于主体地位,更谈不上学生思维分析的训练、能力的发展和素质的提高,这是与我们积极倡导的现代职业教育是相矛盾的。理实一体化项目教学能很好地解决传统的满堂灌弊端,突破知识理论与技能实操相脱节的现象,教师通过设定教学任务和教学目标来主导课堂教学过程,学生根据项目知识目标进行分析、计划、实操验证,找到切合实际的解决办法,调动和激发学生的学习兴趣。
