I. INTRODUCTION Surface treatment has been used to improve the most demanding slip surfaces in engine conditions - the inner surface of cylinder liners, the piston rings and the wear resistance of pistons. Many attempts have been made, many of which have been successful, but many have been successful With the changes in combustion and the economics of fuel, such treatment technologies will continue to emerge in the future. The new technique discussed in this paper is methodologically different from the past and is a simpler, purely mechanical, nonmetallic, non-chemical treatment. From the sliding surface obtained and its effect, all have particularity. Here, it is necessary to use friction and wear theory to study, so as to lay the foundation for the actual use.
