为掌握苏通大桥连续刚构桥所用高性能混凝土收缩徐变对桥梁结构施工期变形、截面应力以及预应力损失的影响,在高性能混凝土收缩徐变模型试验研究的基础上,开展了自然环境下高性能混凝土双悬臂构件的长期性能试验研究。试验结果表明:高性能混凝土可有效地减小收缩徐变,降低预应力损失,使变形处于可控范围之内。应用高性能混凝土收缩徐变模式对悬臂构件的长期性能进行了理论分析,试验结果与理论分析值吻合较好。
In order to grasp the effect of shrinkage and creep of high performance concrete used in continuous rigid frame bridge on the deformation, cross-section stress and prestress loss of bridge structure during construction period, based on the experimental study of shrinkage and creep model of high-performance concrete, Long - term performance test of high performance concrete double cantilever. The test results show that high performance concrete can effectively reduce the shrinkage and creep, reduce the loss of prestress and make the deformation within the controllable range. The long-term performance of cantilever components is theoretically analyzed by using the shrinkage and creep model of high performance concrete. The experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis.
