香菊冲剂是苏州市中医院献出的经验方,由香薷、藿香、野菊花和青蒿四味药组成。经体外试验证明有较好的抑菌和抗病毒作用。一、抑茵作用经微极法测定MIC的结果,表明香菊冲剂对引起呼吸道疾病的常见菌,除金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果偏低外,其他细菌均有明显的抑制作用,甚至对某些肠道杆菌也有较强的抑菌作用。二、抗流感病毒的作用经香菊冲剂预处理的流感病毒接种鸡胚尿囊腔,孵育48h后的血凝效价明显下降,而且与作用时间的长短有关。三、在Hep-2(人喉癌细胞)和Wish(人羊膜细胞)细胞上抗病毒作用不同浓度的香菊冲剂与VsV(滤泡性口腔炎病毒)或poliv(脊髓灰质炎病毒疫苗混合型)作用30min后,分别接种Hep-2和Wish细胞,某抗病毒效应为: 1.药物在1:16以上时对Hep-2和Wish细饱均无毒性作用。
