随着铁路大规模建设和城市铁路枢纽改造,为充分利用铁路存量资产,在对成都铁路枢纽线路能力适应性分析的基础上,结合城市轨道交通规划,提出改建铁路线路、对轨道交通线网进行补充、开行市域列车等措施。从轨道交通线网规划、轨道交通线网规模、轨道交通线网建设时序、线网运输能力4个方面,分析利用铁路枢纽存量资产对城市交通的影响,实现城市综合交通体系的建立和实施。
