One of the important disadvantages of boiling steel is that the steel contains more nitrogen, oxygen and other gases and has serious segregation phenomena, thus significantly improving the aging and cold brittleness of steel and increasing the possibility of formation of weld hot cracks . After boiling steel welding, the plasticity of heat-affected zone in welded joint is obviously reduced. For this reason, it has been pointed out in many sources that ebullition steel can not be applied to welded structures that withstand negative working load and low temperatures. It is also stipulated in the ship material test specification that boiling steel can not be used as a shipbuilding plate. However, boiling steel has great advantages: high economy and high productivity. And most of our current steel production is boiling steel, so to be completely calm
