通过切削试验分析研究了变进给切削过程的动态稳定性,决定了颤振域限计算和测量了极限切削宽度和颤振频率。建立了重叠系数公式,找出了重叠系数与极限切削宽度之间的关系,用“仰制—激发—仰制”颤振的新假设来解释变进给切削过程的动态稳定性。并研究了在自激振动下强迫振动的影响,从而得出了变进给切削过程的动态稳定性高于匀进给切削过程的动态稳定性的结论。 最后还讨论了这一研究对实际生产的应用价值。
The dynamic stability of the cutting process is analyzed by the cutting test and the limit cutting width and flutter frequency are calculated and measured. The overlapping coefficient formula was established, the relationship between the overlap coefficient and the limit cutting width was found, and the dynamic stability of the cutting process was explained by the new hypothesis of “Yang-excitation-Yang-chatter” chattering. And the effect of forced vibration under self-excited vibration is studied. The conclusion is drawn that the dynamic stability of the cutting process is higher than that of the uniform feeding process. Finally, it discusses the application of this research to actual production.
