冬小麦光合面积持续期在高产育种中具有重要作用。我们在俄克拉何马州大学 Stillwa-ter 农业试验站就这个问题进行了两年研究工作(1973年和1974年)。通过这些研究,得到了旗叶和穗下节绿色面积持续期与冬小麦的产量、分蘖数目、每穗粒数和粒重等选择指标的关系;调查了在采用较高氮肥施用水平和较高播种量时五个冬小麦栽培品种的反应。试验采用裂区设计,四次重复。氮肥施用水平为主区,品种为一级副区,播种量为二级副区。氮肥的施用水平分别为67、134和202公斤 N/公顷。播种量分别为67、100和13d公斤/公顷。采用的五个红色硬粒冬小麦品种是:Tam W101,Palo Dura,Danne,Centurk 和 Caprock。
The duration of photosynthetic area in winter wheat plays an important role in high-yielding breeding. We conducted a two-year study of this issue at the Stillwa-ter Agricultural Experiment Station at the University of Oklahoma (1973 and 1974). Through these researches, we obtained the relationship between the green area duration of flag leaf and lower ear and the selection index of winter wheat yield, tiller number, grain number and grain weight per spike.
