动画制作是技术与文化有机结合而产生的产业,其社会需求量较大,并且国际化程度高,深受市场的喜爱和欢迎。在当前社会中动画制作的产业链正趋于成熟,动画制作的相关专业人才的需求量也十分巨大,然而,我国目前动画专业人才却严重缺乏,难以满足市场的整体需求。本文针对动画专业人才培养的现实瓶颈做出了分析,并提出了动画专业人才培养的新模式,以期能够为我国动画制作界培养足够的高尖端人才,满足市场的需求。
Animation production is a combination of technology and culture, resulting from the industry, its larger social needs, and a high degree of internationalization, by the market’s favorite and welcome. In the current society, animation industry chain is maturing. There is also a huge demand for animation professionals. However, there is a serious shortage of animation professionals in our country and it is difficult to meet the overall demand of the market. This paper analyzes the bottleneck of the cultivation of animation professionals and puts forward a new model of animation professionals training in order to be able to train enough high-profile talents for the animation industry in our country to meet the needs of the market.
