作业可靠性差、使用寿命短是国产装载机的主要质量问题,也是制约我国装载机行业发展及产品出口的最大障碍。缩小与国外产品在可靠性方面的差距,不仅是我国装载机制造企业生存发展的需要,也是国产机与国外品牌竞争的关键。通过国内外装载机产品可靠性的对比,分析了造成国产装载机可靠性差的主要原因,指出了提高装载机产品可靠性的途径,可为增强国产装载机的国际竞争力提供参考。
Poor reliability of operation, short service life is the main quality problems of domestic loaders, but also to restrict the development of China’s loader industry and product exports the biggest obstacle. Narrowing the gap between reliability and foreign products is not only the need of the survival and development of China’s loader manufacturing enterprises, but also the key to the competition between domestic machines and foreign brands. By comparing the reliability of the loaders at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the main reasons causing the poor reliability of the loaders in China and points out the ways to improve the reliability of the loaders. It can provide reference for enhancing the international competitiveness of domestic loaders.
