采用故障树排故方式,逐项查找引起数控系统滑油压差信号异常突跳的原因。经过对飞机设备采集滑油压差信号(Pm)的电路原理分析,以及飞机参数转换设备抽引数控系统滑油压差信号的专项试验,控制器与飞机设备地面联调试验验证,找到数控系统Pm信号异常突跳的原因,是由于发动机数控系统与飞机参数转换设备连接后,在飞机设备出现异常不供电的情况下,会导致飞机设备与发动机数字电子控制器阻抗不匹配,此时发动机数字电子控制器测量的Pm信号会出现异常虚高。通过改进飞机设备Pm测量处理电路,使其满足控制器阻抗要求,保证数控系统测量Pm信号正常。
