钙分布异常在脊髓损伤(SCI)继发性损伤病理过程中具有重要的地位。本工作研究大鼠SCI后不同时间和不同损伤程度组织总钙、钠浓度和脂质过氧化终产物丙二醛(MDA)及组织水份含量的变化,并分析SCI组织水肿和脂质过氧化发生的机理。结果表明,按Allen’s法制备大鼠SCI模型,以干湿重法测定组织水份,TBA法测定MDA和原子吸收分光光度法测定钠、钙含量的变化。与单纯椎板切除组比较,SCI后2,4,8,24 h组组织水份含量由对照组70.4±5.6升高至78.8±0.9(24 h),MDA由26.1±9.7升
