2~#油的主要成分为α—萜烯醇,是浮选常用药剂.带有2~#油的选矿废水排入江河时2~#油将造成水质污染.成品2~#油的分析多用气相色谱法,但浮选废水中微量2~#油的分析少见报导.作者采用蒸馏分离、有机溶剂富集2~#油,在硫酸介质中使其与对一二甲氨基苯甲醛作用生成深红色化合物,然后分光光度测定.有色化合物最大吸收波长在520~550nm,摩尔吸光系数为3.3×10~3,本实验条件下,2~#油量在20~400μg范围内符合比尔定律.本法操作简便,选择性较
