目的:观察参附注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:将CHF患者96例随机分为治疗组49例与对照组47例,均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用参附注射液静脉滴注。治疗前后记录中医证候积分、心功能分级、测定左室射血分数(LVEF)、6min步行距离及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平。结果:2组治疗后患者中医证候积分、心功能分级改善,治疗组改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后患者血浆BNP下降、LVEF升高、6min步行距离增加,治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液能改善CHF患者的心功能,是良好的临床治疗CHF的药物。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu injection on congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods: Ninety-six patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 49) and control group (n = 47). All patients were given conventional treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shenfu injection by intravenous drip. Before and after treatment, TCM syndrome scores, heart function scores, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), walking distance 6min and plasma BNP level were recorded. Results: After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes, heart function grading were improved in both groups, and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the plasma BNP level, LVEF level, The treatment group improved better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Shenfu injection can improve cardiac function in patients with CHF, and is a good drug for the clinical treatment of CHF.
