目的 研究白术挥发油对动物移植性肿瘤的作用。方法 以动物移植性肿瘤肝癌H2 2 、肉瘤S180 为模型 ,以环磷酰胺为阳性对照 ,观察白术挥发油的抗肿瘤作用。结果 白术挥发油 2 5 0mg/kg对小鼠肝癌H2 2 、肉瘤S180 的抑制率分别为 5 1 6 %、5 3 2 %。结论 白术挥发油对小鼠移植性肿瘤肝癌H2 2 及肉瘤S180 有显著抑制作用
Objective To study the effect of the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephalae on animal transplanted tumors. Methods The transplanted tumor liver cancer H2 2 and sarcoma S180 were used as the model and cyclophosphamide as a positive control. The anti-tumor effect of the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephalae was observed. Results Atractylodes macrocephala volatile oil 250mg / kg on mouse liver cancer H2 2, sarcoma S180 inhibition rates were 51.6%, 53.2%. Conclusions Atractylodes macrocephalae Volatile Oil can significantly inhibit the transplanted hepatoma H2 2 and sarcoma S180 in mice
