多胎妊娠中以双胎妊娠多见,三胎少见,双卵三胎更属罕见。我院收治双卵三胎妊娠1例,现报告如下。患者25岁,因孕28周合并贫血、妊高征于1992年10月5日入院治疗。孕20周自觉胎动、B 超检查为三胎妊娠。孕24周双下肢水肿。体检:宫高39cm、腹围107cm、均为头先露、胎心音均正常。Hb85g/L,Bp18/12kPa,双下肢水肿((?)),尿蛋白(±)。家族中均无多胎妊娠史。入院后给予保胎、解痉、降压、利尿、
Multiple pregnancies in the twin pregnancy more common, rare third child, triple egg is even more rare. In our hospital treated double pregnancy three cases of pregnancy, are as follows.
