氮肥厂使用的氧化触媒,其中硫酸根的含量1%左右,这种低含量硫酸根的测定通常是采用硫酸钡沉淀重量法。该法结果较稳定,但手续较繁,时间太长。硫酸钡目视比浊法结果不够精确,多用于原材料的杂质分析或中间控制分析。笔者在目视比浊法的基础上加以改进。由10%的氯化钡溶液改为过100网目的固体氯化钡,由目视比浊改为光电比浊,并对方法的可靠性,测定条件等进行了试验,制订出操作规程,经过多年实践证明,此法简单、快
Nitrogen fertilizer plant using the oxidation catalyst, in which the sulfate content of about 1%, the determination of low levels of sulfate is usually determined by barium sulfate gravimetric method. The results of the law are more stable, but the procedures are complicated and the time is too long. Barium sulfate visual turbidity method is not accurate enough, mostly used for impurities analysis of raw materials or intermediate control analysis. The author on the basis of visual turbidity method to be improved. From 10% barium chloride solution to over 100 mesh barium chloride, from the visual turbidity to photoelectric turbidity, and the method of reliability, determination of the conditions were tested to work out the rules, after Years of practice has proved that this method is simple and fast
