目的:本研究旨在探索情景模拟教学法在基础护理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法:选取我校2016级护理专业学生112名,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组56人。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用传统教学与情景模拟教学相结合的方法。课程结束后,对比两组学生的考核成绩和问卷调查情况。结果:比较两组学生的考核成绩,观察组学生在基础知识、实践操作、总分上都优于对照组(P<0.05);比较问卷调查结果,两组在激发学生学习兴趣、提高学生团队合作能力、培养学生知识应用方面存在显著差异(P<0.05),但在培养临床思维能力方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在基础护理学实验教学中运用情景模拟教学法,可取得较好成效,值得推广。
Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the application of situational simulation teaching in experimental teaching of basic nursing. Methods: One hundred and twenty-two nursing students of 2016 grade were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 56 in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, and the observation group adopted a combination of traditional teaching and situational simulation teaching. After the course, compare the two groups of students’ assessment scores and the questionnaire situation. Results: Compared with the control group (P <0.05), the observation group was better than the control group in basic knowledge, practice operation and total score (P <0.05). The questionnaire survey results showed that the two groups were able to stimulate students ’interest in learning and improve the students’ (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the ability to cultivate clinical thinking (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The use of situational simulation teaching in basic nursing experimental teaching can achieve better results and is worth promoting.
