为提高掘进机主减速器的可靠性,对其进行了摩擦学分析和模拟实验,确认影响主减速器可靠性寿命的主要失效模式是低速齿轮过量磨损.因此,对掘进机主减速器摩擦学设计的必要性进行了研究,提出了摩擦学设计的思路和方法.指出采用过滤循环润滑、不同材料配对以及提高精度等措施,可降低处于边界润滑状态的低速齿轮的磨损量.并对摩擦学设计的主要结果进行了模拟实验验证,结果可供掘进机摩擦学设计参考
In order to improve the reliability of the main reducer of boring machine, tribological analysis and simulation experiments were carried out to confirm that the main failure mode affecting the reliability of the main reducer is excessive wear of low-speed gear. Therefore, it is necessary to study the tribology design of TBM’s main reducer, and the ideas and methods of tribology design are put forward. It is pointed out that the use of filtering cycle lubrication, matching of different materials and improving accuracy can reduce the wear of low-speed gears in the boundary lubrication condition. And the main results of tribology design were verified by simulation experiments, the results can be used for roadheader tribology design reference
