发动机帽罩类零件属于封闭式的薄壁回转类零件,具有较高的不平衡量要求;在加工过程中,因结构特点无法实现一次装夹加工内外型面,造成零件壁厚不均,进而导致不平衡量合格率为0%,多次返修仅能达到超差使用。该技术通过改进工艺路线及装夹方式,调整加工余量,采用合理的夹具结构实现了在一道工序中内外型面的精密加工,解决了平衡量超差及多次返修问题。
