用60~100 keV氮离子和75 keV碳离子的不同剂量注入4个甜菊品种的干种子,研究其对产量和糖甙含量的影响。结果表明,不同能量和剂量的氮离子注入济宁种后,使甜菊的糖甙产量和成分发生变化,以75 keV,5×10~(14)N~+/cm~2的氮离子注入最佳,其总甙和优质糖甙(R-A)分别比对照提高4.74%和14.08%。碳离子对甜菊糖甙成分的影响大于氮离子。离子注入杂种一代丰_1×日原和日原×丰_2的效应大于纯品种济宁和丰_2。获得糖甙成分和产量明显改善的有7个突变系。初步证实离子注入在甜菊育种中具有较好的应用价值。
The dry seeds of four Stevia cultivars were injected with different doses of 60 ~ 100 keV nitrogen ions and 75 keV carbon ions to study their effects on yield and glycoside content. The results showed that the yield and composition of glycosides of Stevia rebaudiana were changed after nitrogen ions of different energy and dose were injected into Jining seedlings. Nitrogen ions of 75 keV and 5 × 10 ~ (14) N ~ + / cm ~ 2 were best injected , The total glycosides and high-quality glycosides (RA) increased 4.74% and 14.08% respectively compared with the control. The effect of carbon ions on stevioside composition is greater than that of nitrogen ions. The effect of ion-implantation hybrid generation Feng-1 × Nipponbare and Nipponbare × Feng-2 was greater than the pure variety Jining Hefeng _2. Obtained glycoside composition and yield significantly improved 7 mutants. Preliminary confirmed that ion implantation in stevia breeding has good value.
