针对泡沫灭火剂储存方式落后、库存容量不足、灌装效率低下等问题,设计研发一套泡沫灭火剂多路智能定值储灌系统。介绍了该系统的结构组成、设计方案、功能特点、操控方式。该系统实现了泡沫灭火剂的分类大容量储存,有效提高了泡沫灭火剂灌装计量精度,简化了灌装操作流程,减轻了操作人员劳动强度,从而提高消防战勤物资综合保障能力。
Aiming at the problems such as lagging behind foam fire extinguishing agent storage, insufficient stock capacity and low filling efficiency, a set of multi-channel intelligent fixed-value irrigation system for foam fire extinguishing agent was designed and developed. The structure, design, function and operation of the system are introduced. The system realizes the classification of foam fire extinguishing agent bulk storage, effectively improve the foam fire extinguishing agent filling measurement accuracy, simplifying the filling operation flow, reducing the labor intensity of operators, thereby enhancing the comprehensive capability of fire fighting and field service.
