目的观察超声介入下无水酒精注射治疗原发性肝癌(PrimaryHepaticCancer,PH)的疗效。方法选择无法切除的瘤体直径<3cm的或多中心以及切除后复发病例;一般状况较好、肿瘤边界清晰、包膜完整者,瘤体直径3~10cm病例在超声引导下进行无水酒精注射治疗。结果直径<3cm的肝癌患者1年和3年的生存率分别为90%和82%,直径3~10cm的肝癌患者1年和3年的生存率分别为85.50%和46%。结论超声介入下无水酒精瘤内注射操作简易、适应症广、副作用少、疗效确定、费用低廉、痛苦少,患者易于接受,值得基层医院推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of primary ethanol injection on primary hepatocarcinoma (PH) under ultrasound intervention. Methods The cases with unresectable tumor diameter <3cm or multiple centers and the cases with recurrence after resection were selected. The general situation was good, the tumor boundary was clear, the capsule was complete, and the diameter of tumor was 3 ~ 10cm. Under the guidance of ultrasound, treatment. Results The 1-year and 3-year survival rates of liver cancer patients with diameter <3cm were 90% and 82%, respectively. The 1-year and 3-year survival rates of liver cancer patients with diameter 3 ~ 10cm were 85.50% and 46% respectively. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided intra-arterial injection of anhydrous alcoholic tumor is easy to operate with wide indications, few side effects, definite curative effect, low cost and few pains. It is easy for patients to accept and is worth popularizing and using in primary hospitals.
