在矿用钢丝绳损伤检测中,信号去噪对损伤检测信号特征提取与定量识别的准确性有着直接的影响。针对小波阈值算法在钢丝绳损伤检测信号去噪中的应用,在Donoho的软、硬阈值去噪方法的基础上,提出一种改进的小波阈值算法,该算法解决了硬阈值去噪效果不佳与软阈值过度光滑导致信号失真的难题,完整地保留了钢丝绳检测信号中的小奇异信号,去噪效果明显优于传统的阈值去噪方法。
In mine wire rope damage detection, signal denoising has a direct impact on the accuracy of damage detection signal feature extraction and quantitative identification. Aiming at the application of wavelet threshold algorithm in signal denoising detection of wire rope damage, based on Donoho’s soft and hard threshold denoising methods, an improved wavelet threshold algorithm is proposed, which solves the problem of hard threshold denoising effect and Soft threshold over-smooth signal distortion caused by the problem, a complete retention of the wire rope signal detection small singular signal, the denoising effect is significantly better than the traditional threshold denoising method.
