2006年我国应急管理工作在预案体系建设、应急平台建设、应急规划编制以及应急演练等方面取得了长足的进步,应急能力得到了进一步的提高。展望新的一年,我国应急管理工作将继续沿着这个方向,加大攻关和应用力度,同时充分发挥社会化公众参与的作用,使应急工作取得更显著的成就。
In 2006, China’s emergency management work has made great strides in the construction of the preplan system, the construction of emergency platforms, the preparation of contingency plans and emergency drills, and the emergency response capability has been further improved. Looking forward to the new year, our contingency management work will continue in this direction, increase research and application efforts, give full play to the role of socialized public participation, and make emergency work achieve more remarkable achievements.
