为有效地实施《档案法》,履行档案行政管理执法监督职能,加强档案执法队伍建设,提高执法人员的素质,是亟待解决一个重要问题。本文针对这个问题谈点认识:一、建立档案执法队伍的必要性1、建立一支过硬的档案执法队伍,是加强档案事业建设的需要修改后的《档案法》明确规定了县级以上人民政府档案行政管理部门为执法主体,赋予了行政处罚职能和权力,由原来的建议执法到亲自执法。为此迫切要求我们县级档案行政管理部门,必须建立一支执法监督队伍,履行好《档案法》赋予我们的权利,承担起执法监
