劳务工,即外来务工人员,也就是人们通常所说的农民工。目前在深圳办理了劳动用工手续的劳务工有近500万人,他们为深圳的建设和发展做出了重要贡献,但他们收入低,流动性大。深圳把他们看作新市民,积极探索建立适合他们特点的医疗保险制度。
Laborers, migrant workers, that is, what people commonly refer to as migrant workers. Currently there are nearly 5 million laborers who have gone through labor and employment formalities in Shenzhen. They have made important contributions to the construction and development of Shenzhen. However, they have low incomes and large liquidity. Shenzhen regards them as new citizens and actively explores the establishment of a medical insurance system that suits their characteristics.
