目的观察血液净化加长效托宁治疗急性重度有机磷农药中毒(HOPP)的疗效。方法将97例HOPP患者按入院时间先后随机分成三组,对比观察治愈率、住院时间、用药次数及总药量。结果血液净化加长效托宁治疗HOPP可提高治愈率,减少住院时间、用药次数和总药量。结论血液净化加长效托宁治疗HOPP安全有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of blood purification and long-acting topin on acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning (HOPP). Methods 97 cases of HOPP patients were randomly divided into three groups according to the time of hospital admission, and the cure rate, length of stay, number of medication and total dose were compared. Results Blood purification plus long-acting HOPP treatment can improve the cure rate, reduce hospitalization time, medication frequency and total dose. Conclusion Blood purification plus long-acting treatment of HOPP long-acting safe and effective, it is worth promoting.
