1前言本钢是一个拥有15万职工,年产250万 t 钢,300万 t 铁的全国特大型钢铁联合企业。每年耗原煤在500万 t 以上,是辽宁省和本溪市的耗能大户,其中仅工业燃煤锅炉一项每年就耗掉原煤237万 t,按每吨原煤200元计算,每年消耗资金达4.7亿元。对于能源战线的管理人员面对耗煤量之大,消耗费用之多的诸多因素,向管理要效益,向节能新技术措施要效益,向节能新材料要效益已是摆在节能工作者面前的一项迫切工作任务。本文就本钢燃煤锅炉节煤采用何种方法奏效浅谈一下自己的看法,以供广大能源管理人员商榷。
