我们单位年使用一台鞍山空压机厂1974生产的ZV—0.6/7型单作用凤冷移动式空气压缩机,经多年使用发现,该空压机控制启动与停止的压力继电器经常失调。主要原因是在使用过程中,由于振动使压力继电器的调节螺帽松动,以致不能保证压力在规定控制范围内,造成空压机处于阶跃启动或停止状态。电机频繁启动,导致电流过大,烧毁电机等情况发生,影响工作,造成人力、物力上的损失。我们从现在生产的空压机中得到启示,应用气压自动开关代替压力继电器,取得成功。示意图如下;
Our unit uses a ZF-0.6 / 7 single-acting Fengrong mobile air compressor produced by Anshan Compressor Plant 1974 and found that the pressure relay which is started and stopped by the air compressor is often out of tune after years of use. The main reason is that in the process of using, the pressure adjusting nut of the pressure relay is loose due to the vibration, so that the pressure can not be guaranteed within the specified control range, causing the air compressor to be in a step-start or stop state. Frequent motor starts, leading to excessive current, burning motor and other conditions, affecting work, resulting in human and material losses. We get from the current production of air compressor inspiration, the application of pressure switch automatically instead of pressure, and achieved success. Schematic diagram as follows;
