校本教研顾名思义就是在学校内开展教研活动。这是新课改后的重要教学理念,因此在组织教师进行业务学习的时候,帮助教师明白这个概念的意义和内容,解决教师观念上的问题。
School-based teaching and research as the name suggests is to carry out teaching and research activities in schools. This is an important teaching concept after the new curriculum reform. Therefore, when organizing teachers to conduct business studies, they help teachers understand the meaning and content of this concept and solve the problems of teachers’ concepts.
