分析了锥形弹簧橡胶/金属粘合不牢的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。结果表明,锥形弹簧粘合不牢的主要原因是产品外套与模具过盈配合量不足、硫化内压大和模具分型面设计不合理。解决这一问题的有效措施主要包括增大模具在外套高度方向上的过盈配合量(≥0.5mm)或减小硫化内压力(≤50 MPa)或在外套底部和芯轴上部设计约10mm深的橡胶凹型面。
The reason why the conical spring rubber / metal bonding is not strong is analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
